Asst Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Senior Engineer (4–6 years of experience) with expertise in railway track and alignment design, capable of independently developing, reviewing, and optimizing alignment geometry and key track components. The role requires solid application of civil engineering fundamentals—including structures, geotechnics, and materials—along with proven experience in handling design deliverables and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates a deep curiosity for advanced global railway technologies, actively contributes to innovation and modernization of conventional designs, and is adept at integrating modern digital tools, automation techniques, and international best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of railway infrastructure projects.
