Assist Customers with queries, verify purchase details for security, identity/ report unusual/ suspicious shopping behavior, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth, secure shopping experience.

- Should have knowledge about Fraud and shopping.
- Proactive and positive approach to tasks.
- Emotionally strong in nature, should be able to withstand inappropriate content with maturity and professionalism
- Assist customers with shopping-related queries, orders, and transactions.
- Verify purchase details to ensure secure and accurate processing.
- Identify unusual shopping behavior and report potential fraud risks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Provide timely support to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience.
