Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recovery process for 2 wheeler and pre-owned car loans in the assigned territory
• Monitor and track delinquent accounts and take necessary actions to recover outstanding amounts
• Conduct field visits to customers' homes and workplaces to negotiate and collect payments
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial situation and provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, risk, and collections to ensure timely and effective recovery
• Prepare and submit reports on recovery activities and progress to the management team
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to debt management and recovery
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt management and recovery, preferably in the retail banking sector
• Knowledge of 2 wheeler and pre-owned car loan products and processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
