Associate Business Analyst

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst who can work closely with the client at the client location, understand business requirements, coordinate with the development team, and support smooth project delivery. The candidate should be able to communicate clearly, prepare documentation,
give product demos, and keep the client updated on progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the client to understand business needs, product requirements, and project expectations.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements in a clear and structured manner.
Act as a bridge between the client and the development team.
Discuss possible solutions with the client and internal team.
Prepare requirement documents, user stories, meeting notes, process flows, and other project- related documents.
Give regular product demos and updates to the client. Track project milestones, deliverables, and client feedback.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other team members to ensure correct
understanding of requirements.
Support the team in clarifying doubts related to features, workflows, and client expectations.
Ensure timely communication with the client regarding progress, blockers, and pending items.
Help in validating deliverables before sharing them with the client.
Maintain professional communication and build a strong working relationship with the client.
Required Skills
Good understanding of business requirement gathering and analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain requirements clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
Basic understanding of software development processes.
Good documentation skills.
Ability to prepare requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and demo notes.
Good client handling and coordination skills.
Ability to manage follow-ups, updates, and task tracking.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Comfortable working from the client location and coordinating with remote/internal teams.
Basic knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, Excel, Google Docs, or similar tools will
be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience in working on software, web, mobile app, or product-based projects.
Basic understanding of UI/UX flows and product functionality.
Ability to conduct product demos and training sessions.
Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, or wireframe-level requirement notes.
Ability to handle client discussions professionally and convert discussions into clear action items.
