Primary Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience leading end-to-end Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) initiatives, from problem definition to production deployment
- Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) for text processing and conversational AI solutions
- Hands-on expertise with modern deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI agent-based systems
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and robust model evaluation techniques
- Solid proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
- Proven ability to design, build, tune, and deploy scalable ML models in production environments
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
