Responsibilities

Based in Hyderabad, the Associate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of positions that are going to be based in Hyderabad office.

Recruiting:

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture and business needs.
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring efforts.
• Work with various stakeholders internally within HR as well as business to ensure an excellent candidate experience through the hiring cycle.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 plus years of post-college experience in recruiting, preferably in financial services
• Strong history of consistently delivering and producing results with a high level of client service
• Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); working knowledge of Workday is a plus
• Proven track record in maintaining discretion with confidential information
