What this job involves:
To Create & articulate compelling value propositions around JLL advisory Services to meet and exceed business objectives at Regional Level.
Establish a corporate relationship with key decision-makers across various organisation levels.
Responsible for nurturing existing relationships and leading new interactions with key decision-makers across various levels in client organizations and service providers.
Proactively Lead and engage in business development activities for the data center.
Assess client requirements & execute transactions – Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, Site Inspections, Pricing inputs, Negotiations & Legal Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients.
Evaluate industry and business trends and analyses performance
Timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows and presentations
Demonstrate client and program management skills for sale/lease transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients—ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups, and successful closure of deals.
Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple partners in a fast-paced environment
To facilitate billing and finance to get the revenue recognised month on month.
To work on quarterly GTM plan and track sales opportunities.
Work involves travel as the business need maybe.
