We are seeking a highly analytical and passionate Assistant Technical Product Manager to join our product team at PayU Innovations. This role will work closely with the Technical Product Manager to define, document, and deliver complex fintech products, with a particular focus on the Account Aggregator ecosystem and other fintech products.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for data platform capabilities, grounded in customer needs, enterprise reuse, and long-term platform scalability • Lead continuous product discovery to identify high-impact problems, validate assumptions, and define outcome-oriented opportunities before delivery • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data Governance, and Analytics to deliver platform capabilities that treat data as a product with clear consumers, quality standards, and success measures
- Define and track product outcomes, success metrics, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs); reassess strategy and priorities based on evidence and learning
- Translate complex technical and data concepts into clear product intent, trade-offs, and priorities for cross-functional teams. Develop product documentation, enablement materials, and executive-ready communications to support go-to-market efforts
- Maintain a prioritized and continuously refined backlog balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution
- B.E or B.Tech from premier institute from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college in India (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience, preferably in Banks/NBFCs or fintechs.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and web technologies.
- Understanding UX building tools like Figma & AI tools like Lovable and Claude Code for building quick journeys.
- Preferred experience with Business Rules Engines (BRE) and a decent understanding of credit underwriting processes, repayments and collections.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven product plans. Must be able to identify long-term opportunities and challenges while balancing short-term needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical acumen with an understanding of software architecture, data systems,and modern software development practices. Familiarity with APIs, data science, cloud services, and scalable platforms is highly desirable.
- User-Centric Design: Experience with user-centered design principles and practices. Ability to work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure the product meets high usability standards and addresses user pain points effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor success metrics and make data-driven decisions. Ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable changes.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to define project scopes, allocate resources, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels of the organization. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: High adaptability in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot strategies quickly based on new information.
