Assistant Product Manager (XR product)

Job description:

1. Support product managers in XR product planning and market research. Create PRDs and software specifications based on user scenarios and industry trends, and assist sales with global promotion of XR products.

2. Support product managers to drive XR product innovation, differentiation, patent filing & strategy, and ODM brand building.

3. Track XR market and emerging technology trends, and deliver regular market research reports.

4. Identify application scenarios and customer pain points for XR products, design differentiated features and refine marketing messaging.

5. Own performance of assigned XR business, and align with marketing and sales teams to achieve annual sales targets.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Marketing or related fields, with proficient English communication skills.

2. At least 3 years of working experience in project management, product engineering or marketing promotion for mobile phones, smart wearables and similar products; proven successful project cases are preferred.

3. Strong logical reasoning and communication skills, capable of developing PRDs for complete products. Solid product sense, strong learning ability and resilience under pressure.

4. Excellent information synthesis and analytical skills with forward-looking judgment, as well as outstanding cross-team communication capabilities.

5. Candidates with experience in document writing and marketing material planning are preferred.
