  • Assistant Technical Manager
  • Manage / frontend day-to-day technical operations,
  • Manage effective PPMs / AMCs,
  • Manage the availability, life cycle management, health and performance of MEP equipment and systems as per design,
  • Manage utility services and associated billing / reporting,
  • Manage tenant fitouts / civil and building works,
  • Manage incidents / problems / escalations / feedback,
  • Manage technical breakdowns followed by repairs (both corrective and reactive actions),
  • Maintain high standards of customer touch points and customer experience,
  • Manage enhanced energy / water / waste management,
  • Ensure quick turn around time for all the associated works
