Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit & Quality Assurance Executive / Assistant Manager to support quality standards, customer feedback management, and continuous improvement across facility and property management operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze monthly customer feedback and quarterly end-user feedback
Plan and conduct monthly/quarterly site audits across locations
Track and follow up on corrective actions from audits and feedback
Assist in coordinating and conducting weekly Crest University training sessions
Prepare reports, ratings, and insights for management review
Support operations teams in implementing quality improvement actions
Requirements:

Experience: 3–6 years in Quality Assurance, Audits, Customer Feedback, or Operations in Facility Management, Hospitality, or Property Management
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Facility Management preferred)
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities
Proactive mindset with attention to detail
