Summary
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Front Office Department and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
