We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Administer ARIS environments: configuration, user/role management, access controls, licensing, upgrades/patching coordination, and release planning.
  • Define and maintain ARIS standards: modelling conventions, meta-model governance, naming standards, version control, and repository structure.
  • Manage integrations and data flows with reporting, workflow tools, document repositories, and CMDB/service tools (where applicable).
  • Oversee platform risk management: audit trails, evidence capture, retention, and controls aligned to internal policy and regulatory expectations.
  • Provide L3 support and problem management for ARIS incidents; drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes; support periodic version upgrades.

  • Senior stakeholder & people leadership: act as ARIS SME/trusted advisor, facilitate executive workshops, define reporting/dashboard requirements, coach pod members, and build resilience (runbooks/cross-skilling).

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience across process architecture, enterprise tooling administration, and/or operational service leadership in a regulated environment (banking/financial services strongly preferred).
  • Proven hands-on ARIS administration (user/role design, repository governance, configuration, upgrades, and support).
  • Strong service delivery leadership using ITIL practices (Incident/Problem/Change/Request).
  • Audit/regulatory operating experience with a strong control mindset and evidence-based delivery.
  • Reporting and integration patterns experience (APIs, data extracts, automation) is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate technical/process topics for senior stakeholders.
  • ARIS modelling governance & standards knowledge (BPMN/EPC/other notations as applicable).
  • Core competencies: operational resilience mindset; metrics-driven performance management; agile/lean in operations; stakeholder management/influencing; structured problem solving (RCA, 5 Whys, Pareto, trend analysis).
