Key expectations of the role
- Monitoring, achieving assigned sales target, profit & customer loyalty with strategic orientation to achieve results and handle competition
- Primary and secondary sales order monitoring along with business partner management.
- Monitoring of contract compliances along with the relevant teams.
- Securing cross functional support from different business verticals & departments in the organization
- Maintains and expands customer base by maintaining rapport with existing customers, and identifying new customer opportunities
- Ensuring that the receivables from sales operations are collected within time
- Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning
- Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt. / other involved professionals and management.
- Point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
- Responsible for maintaining the market share in the respective geographies.
