Location: Surat / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Vadodara / Ahmedabad / Bangalore / Baroda / Gandhidham

Years of experience: 2–6 years of experience in Selling / Marketing of Welding Products or Allied Products in a medium or large organization.

Qualification : Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.

Job profile requirements:

Overall responsibility for driving sales, customer engagement, and business growth in the assigned territory.

  • Develop and expand a strong customer base.
  • Achieve sales and marketing targets while ensuring complete order execution.
  • Build customer confidence through excellent service and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and uphold company policies while maintaining the company’s brand image.
  • Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for all sales-related activities.
  • Showcase Ador’s technical advantages to differentiate from competitors and win business.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, job work executions, and application-based discussions with customers.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of industrial belts and market dynamics in the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
