Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Architects / BIM Architects with exposure to US architectural projects. The role requires strong expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, along with hands-on experience in architectural drafting, BIM modeling, and construction documentation.

Candidates must have experience working on US architectural drawing sets including SD, DD, CD, permit, and as-built sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate as-built drawings using point cloud / LiDAR data in Revit and AutoCAD
• Develop detailed 3D BIM models and 2D architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and RCPs
• Work on US architectural drawing sets including SD, DD, CD, permit, and as-built documentation
• Interpret point cloud data and existing documentation for accurate modeling and drafting
• Ensure high-quality and timely project delivery while maintaining drafting accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth project execution
• (Lead Role) Review team deliverables and maintain quality control standards

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) and AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Proven experience working on US architectural projects
• Experience preparing SD, DD, CD, Permit, and As-Built drawing sets
• Strong understanding of US architectural standards and construction documentation practices
• Experience in BIM modeling, collaborative BIM workflows, and architectural drafting
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative BIM environment with internal teams and project stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables
