Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create non-plagiarized aptitude questions.
• Communicate with Leads on a regular basis to understand detailed client test requirements.
• Set priorities, analyze issues, and work towards deadlines for question paper deliveries.
• Create, validate, and review aptitude questions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work as per standardized practices and established methods.
• Ensure 100% quality and timeliness of deliverables for various clients.
• Understand the proficiency levels of diverse participant groups to create appropriate assessments.
• Occasionally upgrade skills to meet changing job requirements and industry needs.

Skills Required:

• Understanding of the assessment domain/industry.
• Knowledge of various types/concepts based on Mathematics problems, Logical, Analytical & Numerical Reasoning.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including English grammar, punctuation, spelling, and vocabulary.
• Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Having the right mix of attitude, aptitude, flexibility, and lateral thinking.

Education: Any Graduates (Preferably Math/Stats)
