Application Engineer – LabVIEW

Lubi Electronics is seeking a motivated and result-driven Application Engineer - LabVIEW with hands-on experience in NI LabVIEW application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot industrial automation and test & measurement systems using LabVIEW.
• Develop HMI, data acquisition, data logging, and reporting applications in LabVIEW.
• Ensure implementation of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Interface hardware devices such as DAQ systems, PLCs, sensors, instruments, and motion controllers.
• Configure and commission industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, RS232/RS485, and TCP/IP.
• Perform hardware integration and system validation.
• Develop test sequences, reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
• Support customer installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training.
• Prepare technical documents, user manuals, FAT/SAT reports, and validation documents.
• Provide on-site support and travel for project execution when required.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in NI LabVIEW application development.
• Experience with National Instruments (NI) DAQ, cDAQ, or similar hardware platforms.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP, RS232/RS485).
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and instrumentation.
• Understanding of electrical control panels, sensors, signal conditioning, and data acquisition systems.
• Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and validation documentation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
