AP/ Franchise Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new APs, sub-brokers and channel partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective APs.
• Drive partner onboarding, client migration and business activation.
• Understand and effectively communicate revenue-sharing and commercial structures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner support.
• Achieve defined AP acquisition, activation and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in stockbroking, capital markets or financial services.

Required Skills

• Prior experience in AP / Franchise Acquisition, Channel Sales or Business Development.
• Strong existing network of APs, sub-brokers, financial intermediaries or wealth professionals in Kolkata / Eastern India.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to acquire and develop productive business relationships.
• Experience with an established stockbroking firm will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• An existing industry network and the ability to bring meaningful, productive AP relationships onto the platform is highly preferred.
