AI/ML Software Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a AI/ML Software Engineer with proven expertise in Computer Vision, Generative AI, NLP, and Adaptive Learning Systems. You must have successfully deployed at least one AI product and be deeply familiar with designing, training, and fine-tuning models such as CNNs, Stable Diffusion, and transformer-based architectures. This role involves building intelligent AI solutions from scratch, including systems that learn and adapt based on user behavior, feedback, or changing data.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelorâ€s or Masterâ€s in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and production deployment.
• Hands-on experience deploying at least one real-world AI product.
• Expertise in CNNs, computer vision, object detection, image generation.
• Strong background in adaptive learning approaches and personalization algorithms.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Keras.
• Deep understanding of Stable Diffusion, GANs, transformers, and model fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and handling large datasets
• Familiarity with Cloud Platform and deployment will be a plus.
• Familiar with version control, model tracking, and experimentation tools.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
