Job Description

  • Provide agronomic advisory and technical support to farmers.
  • Conduct field visits, crop monitoring, and identify pest and disease issues.
  • Recommend best practices for crop nutrition, irrigation, and soil health.
  • Organize farmer training programs, demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with farmers and provide timely crop recommendations.

Eligibility

  • B.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in agronomy, crop advisory, or field operations.
  • Good knowledge of crop production, soil management, and plant protection.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits.
