Hiring Manager VH Radio Planning and Quality
Job Purpose Drive network performance and customer experience improvement across 4G and 5G network by pro-actively monitoring cell level KPIs, identifying worst performing cells ,implementing optimization actions through parameter level fine tuning and cross functional collaboration
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Monitor and analyze cell-level radio performance KPIs on a daily basis
Identify and drive worst cell improvement initiatives in coordination with stakeholders
Perform parameter-level optimization and fine-tuning to enhance network performance and user experience
Lead resolution of network-related customer complaints through targeted optimization actions
Collaborate closely with Operations, Transmission (TX), and Core teams to resolve performance issues
Provide extended support to zonal RF teams for network issue resolution and performance enhancement
Manage and maintain network KPI databases at cell, site, and network levels
Utilize and drive adoption of optimization and monitoring tools for performance improvement
Work with Central Quality, CODE, and Central Planning teams to analyze trends and implement learnings
Coordinate with circle and corporate teams to ensure timely resolution of network issues and improved customer experience
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 7–10 years of telecom experience, with minimum 2 years in Network Performance & Quality
Strong understanding of network architecture, call flows, counters, and KPIs
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability
Hands-on experience with analytics tools and performance monitoring systems
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Good understanding of network features and parameter optimization across OEMs
Must have technical / professional qualifications B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, call flows, performance counters, and parameter optimization across various OEM platforms
