Job Description

  • To create a wow walk-in experience for parents and students
  • Acting as a first point of contact for admissions, right from inquiry to enrolment.
  • Documenting, recording accurate information and ensuring data hygiene
  • Effective and timely MPM (individual student groups) interactions.
  • Getting more students to take demo classes with us for more enquiry conversion
  • Process adherence of admissions (LSQ, JODO) & administration (PrepSeed)
  • Daily sharing of H.w reports, test reports and attendances.
  • Ensuring benchmarking with competition and market intelligence.
  • Staying updated with the industry knowledge for right counselling.
  • Forging relations with potential collaborations.
