  • Support administration of the PES Bengaluru office by managing lease agreements, rent-related activities, vendor coordination, budgeting, and asset/inventory control.
  • Handle travel arrangements for new joiners, including air ticket bookings and transport logistics.
  • Oversee procurement and printing of office stationery, ensure timely processing and verification of administrative invoices, and maintain cost-effective office operations.
  • Coordinate VIP/customer visits, hotel bookings, service apartments, and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.
  • Provide onboarding support to new employees and manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, employee convenience, and efficient utilization of resources while maintaining high service standards and operational excellence across the office.
