The Admin Associate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, office administration, and coordination across departments. This role ensures smooth functioning of facilities, procurement, documentation, and logistics.
Description
Key Responsibilities
| Office Administration
• Manage day-to-day office operations and facility maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services
• Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and courier services
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation systems
| Procurement Support
• Assist in procurement of office supplies and equipment
• Maintain vendor database and track purchase orders
• Support invoice processing and payment coordination
| HR & Operational Support
• Support HR in onboarding, attendance, and employee services
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and team activities
• Maintain confidentiality of company information
| Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Support compliance documentation and record-keeping
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in administration (startup experience preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
