CATTS is seeking an Accounting and Finance Assistant to join our team in Jaipur, India.

Responsibilities
As an Accounting and Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:- Daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing
- Preparation of detailed weekly and monthly financial reports, as well as ad-hoc financial analysis
- Overseeing accounts payable, including booking and following up on overdue invoicing
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records and accounting systems
- Ensuring timely execution of bank payments and reconciliation of transactions
- Monitoring and tracking payments, managing all accounting transactions, and updating ledgers accordingly
- Conducting audits of financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assisting with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expense monitoring
- Managing cash flow and ensuring liquidity for operational needs
Requirements
- Experience in finance or accounting is a must
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Experience in International /EU Finance is a desirable but not essential
- Basic knowledge of customs procedures, import/export documentation, and fiscal representation regulations is a desirable but not essential
- Strong command of Excel, with a good working knowledge of Outlook
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving financial discrepancies
