CATTS is seeking an Accounting and Finance Assistant to join our team in Jaipur, India.

Responsibilities

As an Accounting and Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing
• Preparation of detailed weekly and monthly financial reports, as well as ad-hoc financial analysis
• Overseeing accounts payable, including booking and following up on overdue invoicing
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records and accounting systems
• Ensuring timely execution of bank payments and reconciliation of transactions
• Monitoring and tracking payments, managing all accounting transactions, and updating ledgers accordingly
• Conducting audits of financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assisting with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expense monitoring
• Managing cash flow and ensuring liquidity for operational needs

Requirements

• Experience in finance or accounting is a must
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience in International /EU Finance is a desirable but not essential
• Basic knowledge of customs procedures, import/export documentation, and fiscal representation regulations is a desirable but not essential
• Strong command of Excel, with a good working knowledge of Outlook
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving financial discrepancies
