Role Description The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. The role includes preparing and reviewing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with monthly and annual closing, and supporting budgeting and cost tracking related to manufacturing operations. The Accountant will also help ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, and prepare basic financial reports for management review. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Hyderabad location, requiring close coordination with finance, operations, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and reconciliation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of local taxation, GST, and compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing and trading businesses.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills for reviewing financial data and identifying variances.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
• Prior experience in accounting within manufacturing or construction-related industries will be considered an advantage.
