Account Manager | Ahmadabad

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our FinTech team. This is a fresher-friendly role that combines Project Management, Client Management, and Implementation Consulting.

The selected candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, coordinate project implementation, track deliverables, and ensure the successful adoption of our FinTech solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with clients, managing projects, solving business problems, and understanding technology-driven financial processes.

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients during implementation and ongoing engagements.
  

• Understand client requirements, business processes, and expectations.
  

• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates on project progress.
  

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  

• Understand client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for appropriate resolution.
  

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
  

• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
  

• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  

• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and pending activities.
  

• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
  

• Participate in project review meetings and prepare meeting notes/action items.
  

• Understand the client's business requirements and map them to the available product/solution.
  

• Support requirement gathering and documentation.
  

• Assist in configuring and implementing FinTech products based on client requirements.
  

• Coordinate data collection, validation, testing, and implementation activities.
  

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help coordinate issue resolution.
  

• Assist clients during training, onboarding, and go-live activities.
  

• Develop an understanding of financial processes, workflows, and relevant FinTech solutions.
  

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process documents, implementation trackers, and project status reports.
  

• Maintain accurate records of client requirements, issues, action items, and project updates.
  

• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.
  

• Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• MBA in Finance / Operations / Business Analytics / Information Technology / Marketing or a related specialisation.
  

• Candidates with B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BCA, BE/B.Tech, or other relevant degrees may also be considered.
  

• Candidates must have secured 70% or above throughout their academic qualifications.

Promoter Profile :
