What will you be doing?
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Account Manager to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining relationships with customers in the maritime sector.
In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent service delivery, customer retention and satisfaction
- Work closely with other teams from the company and affiliate companies, to ensure seamless pre and post sales customer experience
- Identify new business opportunities, actively participate in the planning and strategy execution on expanding the company's customer base
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Act as an ambassador for the company and its services, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Shipping, Technology or a related field
- Experience in the maritime industry and the related regulatory environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, as well as generate sales
- Ability to act as an ambassador for the company, representing our brand and values
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage workloads and set priorities effectively
- Fluent in English
Great to have:
- Εxperience in B2B sales and/or Maritime SaaS sales
- Understanding of maritime operators, crewing managers and DPA roles
- Awareness of quality control systems and performance management frameworks
