Technaureus is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable educational programs and career paths. This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in helping students make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students about available courses and programs.
  • Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
  • Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels.
  • Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and admission processes.
  • Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.
  • Work towards counseling and enrollment targets.
  • Build positive relationships with students and prospective learners.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
  • Good listening and presentation abilities.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in counseling, sales, customer support, or a related field.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
