Job Summary

Gyaan is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the tech industry, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source, screen and identify qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques such as online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the provided Tracking System.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and identifying qualified candidates.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
• Passion for recruiting and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
