What are the qualities we are looking for?

(Candidates will be tested for these qualities)

Technical Acumen: You should be a fast learner skillful at grasping new technologies and understand its working in and out across diverse areas including but not limited to Hi-Tech, FMCG, Biotech, Pharma, etc.

Expertise in IP, Scientific Paper and Market Data Analysis: You should be able to craft search strategies on patent, non-patent, and market databases to capture the relevant datasets.

Consulting Mindset: You should be able to develop a deep understanding of clients' business problems by asking intelligent questions and doing secondary research. You should also then be able to provide consultative solutions that drive impactful decision-making.

Coordination: You should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders maintaining transparency and agile communication.

Anticipation Skills: You should be able to anticipate the roadblocks that can come in executing a devised methodology so that you can discuss and tweak it accordingly.

Business Acumen - You will gain an understanding of how technology is used to solve business problems. You will develop business acumen to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives.

Teamwork and Collaboration - You will work with cross-functional teams, comprising professionals from different backgrounds and disciplines. You will learn how to collaborate effectively, respect diversity, and leverage the strengths of team members.

Problem Solving Skills - As a consultant, you will face complex business and technical problems that require creative solutions. You will develop analytical skills to identify the root cause of problems and propose effective solutions.

Adaptability - The technology industry is dynamic and constantly evolving. You will learn how to adapt to changing technologies, client needs, and market trends, and stay updated with the latest developments in your field.

What you must have?

Experience in handling client request and building proposals on technology/innovation landscapes and consulting requests, with a track record of working across multiple technologies.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.

Exposure to a variety of patent, non-patent, and market databases is a must.

Written and verbal fluency in English.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients effectively.

A passion for staying ahead of market trends and technology advancements.
