Position Overview : We are seeking a talented Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals and target audience.
Influencer Identification: Research, identify, and engage influencers who align with our brand values and can effectively reach our desired demographic.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and terms of collaboration to ensure successful partnerships.
Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing reports and insights to optimize future strategies and measure ROI.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer dynamics to keep campaigns relevant and impactful.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
