What we expect of you?
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent) with PG/MBA preferred.
Experience of 10-12 years in technical sales & Marketing, ideally in an international operating company.
Experience of Utility room equipments/ Energy systems viz., Compressors / Steam Boilers / Heat Pumps or related products.
You have a passion for developing new Business potential in the area of Sustainable Solutions.
Enjoy working with a future-oriented team to work together and get people involved and have an authentic and convincing personality.
You bring both a high level of communication and Ability to work in a team, as well as an analytical and conceptual way of working.
Building long term positive relationships and networks.
Travel >30% for sales/business development in India

- Promoting and selling Atlas Copco Energy Conversion solutions across India.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategy for Atlas Copco Energy Conversion solutions.
- Maximizing business outcomes and setting goals for product sales with a high focus on the end-user business and the development and realization of CO2 reduction projects.
- Driving market awareness and working closely with the digital marketing team to create campaigns and promotions to position Atlas Copco in our target market.
- Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities, market prices, and competitor activities to increase market share.
- Training indirect sales channels, consultants, contractors, and OEMs to ensure they have the required competence and confidence to identify and specify opportunities.
- On the marketing front: With enthusiasm and empathy, you act as an interface between our sales department and engineering. You engage in activities of market penetration, support the local sales team, and present our technologies to customers.
