Job Description
- Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation,
- Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service,levels for JHD customers,
- Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as,per the given target,
- Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge to,agents,
- Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on day to today basis,
- Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD platform - Agents,,Stores, PIN Codes, Products,
- JC territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage,
- Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for,Home Delivery,
- Propose improvements to ensure augmented customer experience,
- Monitor and gather competition/industry plan, initiatives, policies,and best practices.
- Knowledge of managing , supervising direct sales teams of min 8-10,people,
- Knowledge of product and market,
- Knowledge of Direct Sales Practices,
- Team Recruitment Skills,
- Target orientation,
- Customer focus
