Job Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer with a deep understanding of digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms. A key requirement for this role is expertise in running panel campaigns, and an overall strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Should possess a strong understanding of various business sectors, such as e-commerce, real estate, and other key industries, to effectively tailor marketing strategies and drive optimal results for diverse client needs.

- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and KPIs.

- Run and manage panel campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution and performance.

- Analyze performance data, track trends, and generate reports to provide actionable insights.

- Work closely with the content, design, and analytics teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand objectives and align campaigns with business goals.

- Continuously test and optimize ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize ROI.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

- Expertise in running panel campaigns is essential.

- Strong knowledge of data analytics and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimization.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
