Position Summary

We are seeking a Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your recruitment expertise to source, evaluate, and place qualified candidates in non-technical roles across diverse industries. This is a dynamic opportunity to work with global clients and make a tangible impact on their hiring strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract potential candidates for non-IT positions using various channels (job boards, social media, databases, etc.).
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality talent solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to provide strategic insights.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on non-IT roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
