We are seeking an experienced QA Manual Tester with a background in e-commerce testing to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our e-commerce applications, working closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases for e-commerce applications, including both web and mobile platforms.
- Identify, document, and report defects using tracking tools and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure end-to-end functionality.
- Analyze business requirements, understand project objectives, and validate design specifications to develop appropriate testing strategies.
- Test complex e-commerce features, including product listings, checkout, payment integrations, and order management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios, review product requirements, and ensure complete test coverage.
- Ensure the performance, usability, and security of the e-commerce applications are up to standard.
- Provide clear documentation and reports on test progress, results, and quality metrics.
- Experience : 2+ years in manual testing with a strong focus on e-commerce applications.
- Testing Skills : Proficiency in writing test cases, test plans, and managing test data.
- Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of e-commerce workflows, shopping cart functionality, payment gateways, and customer journey.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex e-commerce functionalities and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging purposes is a plus.
- Tools Proficiency : Experience with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management software.
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with development teams and document testing processes.
