Job Description
The Data Scientist - Marketing Analytics (DS-MA) would report to the Head of Marketing Analytics function and would be responsible for developing and deploying Marketing Mix Models/ Multi Channel Attributions Models/Other Marketing Analytics models through individual as well as team efforts.
The DS-MA would engage directly with the end client stakeholders (Technical team as well as the Business Teams), finalize project plan, work towards Technical and Business Deliverables, present the same through the Dashboards, Simulators and Presentation deck. Senior DSMA would also work towards expanding the Company work portfolio with the client and be involved in weekly and Monthly reviews.

Past Experience Qualification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in developing Media Analytics/ Marketing Mix Models / Multi Channel Attribution solutions for Retail/CPG/ Related industries.
- Hands-on experience with MMM/ MCA Model building, deployment & tracking using Python & other Cloud stack.
- Minimum Programming work experience of 3 years
- Driving Technical as well as Business Reporting through dashboards and PowerPoint Presentations to the client and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of Sales Forecasting, Pricing Optimisation and Standard CPG Analytics suite would be a plus point.
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative disciplines (Engineering/Compute applications/ Economics/ Statistics/ Mathematics only)
- An MBA or equivalent from a Tier A institution.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills and the comfort/confidence to deal with Executive Leadership at Client end to convince them on business proposals and pricing model.
- Strong Consulting and negotiating skills and demonstrated ability to lead.
