Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.

Onboarding Support:

Help facilitate the onboarding process by preparing documentation, setting up orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.

Employee Record Maintenance:

Update and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all documentation complies with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Administrative Support:

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files.

Employee Engagement Assistance:

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.

Policy & Compliance Assistance:

Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Perform accurate data entry tasks and prepare HR reports for analysis and decision-making.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on HR best practices and contribute ideas for improving team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
