Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
- Support in maintaining employee records and documentation related to HR activities
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
- Help with performance management activities, such as conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Support in implementing HR policies and procedures within the organization
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the HR department
