Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Recruiting Specialist to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about identifying and engaging top talent and skilled in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates across multiple roles and functions.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates, conduct resume screenings, and assess candidates' skills and experience.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and effective communication with hiring managers.

Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady talent pool for immediate and future hiring needs.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment with recruitment efforts.

Job Posting & Employer Branding:

Create compelling job descriptions and post openings across relevant channels to enhance the company's employer brand.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Foster positive relationships with candidates by providing timely updates, addressing queries, and offering a transparent recruitment process.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and suggest areas for process improvements within recruitment operations to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS or recruitment software is a plus.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field.
