HR EXECUTIVE - PLANT

Designation: Plant HR Executive

Reporting To: HR Head / HR Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 yrs. in reputed FMCG company only.

Location: IMT Faridabad, Haryana

CTC: Upto 4.5 Lakh

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin professional to oversee human resources and administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in contract labour management, talent acquisition, statutory compliances, and general administrative functions within a factory environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin roles within a manufacturing or factory
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and factory regulations.
