Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The HR Associate will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and various HR functions to ensure smooth HR operations. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their HR career and develop a broad skill set in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Assistance:
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interview schedules, assisting with candidate screenings, and managing job postings across platforms.
Onboarding Support:
- Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing documentation, arranging orientations, and helping new employees transition smoothly into the company.
HR Operations Support:
- Maintain and update employee records, assist in processing leave applications, and ensure HR systems are up-to-date with accurate information.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, assist in resolving basic issues, and support engagement initiatives for a positive work environment.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Keep HR databases updated with employee information and help prepare regular reports to aid in decision-making.
HR Administration:
- Prepare reports, assist with payroll processing, and support the drafting of official communications, including employment contracts.
Policy & Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and support tracking compliance with HR regulations and standards.
Learning & Development:
- Help organize training sessions, keep attendance records, and gather participant feedback for continual improvement.
Event Coordination:
- Contribute to planning and executing internal company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives.
Market Insights:
- Stay informed on HR trends and contribute ideas to improve HR practices and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
