HR Analyst

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in data analysis and a passion for leveraging HR data to drive decision-making and improve HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights on various HR metrics, including employee performance, turnover rates, and recruitment effectiveness.

Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on HR metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making.

HR Systems: Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Process Improvement: Identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and recommend solutions to enhance HR practices.

Compliance: Ensure HR data management practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies to compare HR metrics with industry standards and best practices.

Employee Surveys: Design, administer, and analyze employee surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement.

Support: Provide analytical support to HR initiatives, including talent management, compensation, and benefits planning.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to provide data-driven insights and support HR strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in HRIS and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of HR practices, employment law, and data management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
