Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Hiring Intern to join our client's team in Karimnagar. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in learning about talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and building professional connections. You will support the recruitment team in sourcing and evaluating candidates while gaining hands-on experience in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for initial qualification.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Learn and apply best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.

Important Note:

The internship is based in Karimnagar, but The Golden Rise operates from Hyderabad. Selected interns may need to visit our Hyderabad office for onboarding or training sessions. This is a work-from-office internship in Karimnagar.
