 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in interviews, to gauge candidate fitment with the company Values Culture.
  • Engage with Key and build onemployeecamaraderie for the region.
  • Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning.
  • Undertake drive multipleemployeeengagement activities at a regional level.
  • Management of allemployeerelated Grievances for the assigned region.
  • Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management.

Skill Sets Required

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience.
  • Exposure intoEmployeeRelations Grievance Handling.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure in managing POSH, Disciplinary Cases and Labour law.
