Our clients are real estate-focused private equity investors, developers, fund managers, brokers, and more. We pride ourselves on our quality, our strong communication, and our work ethic. We are a natural extension of our client’s existing infrastructure. The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets and range in value sizes from $10 million USD - $200 million+ USD.

What we are Looking for:-

The Graphic Designer will work within the Marketing team.

The primary function of the Designer is to help current creative and strategic thinking to clients most compellingly and credibly. Or make us and the work look amazing!

We are looking for a graphic designer with 4 years of experience.

Candidate should be well versed in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

The Candidate Should Have Team-leading Experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Working closely with stakeholders to produce engaging, interactive, and visually appealing Marketing collaterals.
• Creating and designing unique assets related to PowerPoint presentations.
• Designing and editing slides at a rapid pace to promote brand consistency.
• Creating original graphic content for slides and developing innovative presentation approaches such as the use of animations when needed
• Understanding written material and being able to transform it into graphical creative form.
• Upholding brand guidelines and possessing a strong knowledge of design standards.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing designs are of a high standard.
  
  

Requirements – Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:-

• Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Google Slides
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator(Must have)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time.
• Having a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out designs.
• PowerPoint skills are highly desired.
• Excellent design skills including typography, composition, color use, and hierarchy of information.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Portfolio or work samples REQUIRED.
