The Front Office Associate is the first point of contact for members and guests, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the club. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding club services, memberships, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of member accounts and reservations.
  • Assist with the organization of club events and activities.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records.
  • Address member concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.
