Job Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
Industry Type: Domestic International Cargo Service
Salary: 20 to 25K PM
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our cargo and courier team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring smooth handling of shipments and prompt resolution of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to cargo and courier services via phone, email, or in person.
Track and update shipment statuses, providing timely updates to customers.
Address and resolve delivery issues, delays, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer interactions.
Requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Previous Experience In a Similar Role Is Preferred.
